I’ve read so many reviews and and heard so many people say how this is the hardest amp to dial in and so complicated. As a metal player I plugged in and in less than 5 mins I reached a lovable tone. The amp has just enough options for u to tailor the tone just how u like. It’s not the most versatile amp as far as being able to sound like other amps, but for a fan of Mesa tone it gives u all u need to shape the “Mesa” tone exactly how u want it. Was blown away how fast I had an awesome tone considering all I’ve read. If ur into heavy metal or anything else for that matter this is the amp for u
