The simplicity of this amp makes this amp great by itself or as a pedal platform. This is NOT a bedroom practice amp. Even at the 5 watt Setting, it is loud. With no master volume, it could take some time to get worked out ( I got the Bugera PS-1 to help get the tones I wanted at a lower volume). The Old school returns
