I can't imagine wanting to replace this instrument with a 'better' ukulele. I might at some point, want to expand my collection of ukuleles...with different exotic, native woods...but I don't see anything on the horizon.
Sound
I haven't had a chance to play it at any length, however, the tone is bright and loud...unlike what had been hinted in a few reviews. I was prepared to settle for a less-than-impressive sound because it was such a beautiful instrument...but I sounds better than my Koa Ukulele.
Features
The gig bag is the main 'feature'. It is adequate. In all likelihood, I'll be displaying the ukulele on my wall...without the gig bag, of course.
Ease of Use
The ukulele is a very easy to play instrument. I didn't notice anything that made it easier, or harder, to play than any other ukulele.
Quality
Only time will tell. It appears to be made with great attention to detail...and arrived in flawless condition. If 'beauty' fits into this category, then let me say this is an amazingly lovely instrument. Spalted woods can vary greatly in pattern and appearance. I was concerned that the picture in the ad (not the actual ukulele I would get) would be a best-case outcome, and that my ukulele would look nothing like it. My ukulele IS different of course, but just as attractive. As a wood collector, I couldn't be happier.
Value
I can't imagine a better deal!
Manufacturer Support
I have had no occasion to use customer support.
The Wow Factor
As a wood collector, this spalted mango is just as enjoyable to look at as it is to play.

"Really nice Uke."

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I do not collect instruments. I have a soprano uke already and the concert was a nice addition. It will be all I need for a while. If I did it over I would have prob gone for the same model with the electric/acoustic option.
Sound
No experience for sound quality. I like that top quality strings came standard. Uke plays good and has a soft comfortable feel.
Features
I like the Gig bag. Nice quality workmanship.
Quality
Seems good work on the Uke itself. No scratches, nice clear finish. The spalded Mango looks great. The cutaway is cool, gives it a guitar y feel.
Value
Priced the same on other sites.
