"A Sweet Little Player"
This is a GREAT guitar for the money. Crosses over for many styles of music. Could easily use this as my main guitar.
Sound
The stock humbuckers are fine for most applications. Reasonably good separation between the tone of the bridge and neck. Can do blues and rock pretty well. I wanted a bit more unique sound so I put Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck and JB in the bridge and WOW... now it's a real crowd-pleaser. More Strat-like...very clear and rich.
Features
It's a very basic 2-pickup guitar with 1 tone / 1 vol and 1 3-way toggle. Having a second set of Vol / Tone controls would help with the range. When I swapped the PUPs I added a coil tap.
Ease of Use
Plays GREAT!! That's why I bought it. Feels very comfortable. The neck is great. Frets are well-finished so they never snag your fingers. Controls are well-placed too. It's very light so you can play for hours standing, with no neck or shoulder fatigue.
Quality
Was VERY pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the workmanship. The binding in the f-hole is perfect. Everything was very precise and well-finished.
Value
HUGE value for the dollar. At $400 it was a steal. Well worth it.

Never needed it.
The Wow Factor
I like the color and finish. It's a handsome axe with nice touches like the inlaid neck and headstock shape / logo. Really a classy look.

"Sweet little thing..."
Great quitar for versatility. If you can only afford just one... this could be it!
Sound
I love the clean, trebled neck tones for blues and jazz. The brige is fine for edgier stuff. I've tried different strings and use GHS Boomers (11) for a brighter but heavier sound.
Features
Could be nicer with twin volume and tones controls
Quality
The finish was perfect. The tone pot needed some work - there was a short and it would "scratch" when moved.

Play for fun - active musician

blues, country-rock, jazz

"A Hidden Treasure"
I own it and would get it again.
Sound
Nice tone for smoother stuff and blues. The bass can be a bit muddy. The difference between the pups is very clean and distinct.
Features
It's a very basic 1 tone, 1 vol, 1 3-way setup, but it's very functional.
Ease of Use
It's so light, yet solid. It's a pleasure to play for long periods.
Quality
I was totally amazed at how well this was made, for such an inexpensive guitar. The fit and finish was outstanding.
