Got mine a few months ago so i thought would share my thoughts. The MD is the first all solid-state amp I've played through in years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was surprised at the overall warmth of the MD especially for clean tones. The 3-knob eq provides a lot of adjustment room for different guitars. It takes effects pedals well and produces a good amount of volume for 5 watts. I use it with a Kustom 1x12 and I get a full sound with a decent amount of head room. Sounds great with my Zoom G2.1 in or out of the effects loop. Others users have mentioned that it doesn't break up like the Tweed it's supposed to be modeled after. I agree but it's a warm sounding, versatile little amp with a lot of features for a budget-priced amp. I definitely recommend.

This little thing cranks for 5 watts no doubt. I play it through my 12inch Kustom defender speaker. and cranked all the way up it can be heard upstairs in my duplex. Also play it through 2 8" Randall's they also crank. I have a pedal board that sounds awesome through it. Just what I need to jam quiet but still get the sound I want.

I purchased this recently from zZounds. I wanted a low power, good sounding amp for my apartment. This little cutie blew me away. I have it plugged into, of all things, a Peavy PA cabinet with a 6" speaker and a tweeter. I can't believe the richness and tone at low volume. I highly recommend this amp.

Musical Background:

3 chords and a cloud of dust for over 50 years.

Musical Style:

rock and noodling around in general
