"DFHS - You can't go wrong.... now chuck your drummer out of the door..."
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
Features
How about 2 extra kits? one for percussions and a cocktail. Although it has no features in sound modification (only a very limited pitch and envelope function as well with the microphone bleeding function), these two kits make up for it. (want to play your snare drum without snare wires? go ahead! how about plastic drumsticks? sure!... and do you fancy a wooden bassdrum beater? why not!)
Quality
The library is 35 Gigs in size.... although that alone shouldn't mean that the samples are TOP quality, however, they are. I have heard BFD and it is not bad, but the DFHS collection just sounds... crispier, more "real" the choice of drumskits is mainly oriented to rock and jazz, (Sonor, Premier, DW, Ludwig + Tama and pearl snares, as well some custom snares from Tomas Haake -sounds awesome for rock or metal-

"PRO's use it .. Novices just get frustrated!"
Sound
The sound is amazing and i noticed there was someone posting his heading saying " WANT IT....TO BE SOMEONE ELSES OR A REFUND" and he also said "It's a piece of $h*t" but obviously he has no i idea how to run it. he claims to have lag when running it with a G5 and 2.5 gigs of ram. I run it with a G4 and 1.5 gigs and its beautiful. Only pro's use this product and its worth the money believe me. All the bad feedback is from user's who do not know how to work it and blame the product for their ignorance.. Learn it .. Use it.. And.. you'll be super satisfied

Drumkit From Hell Customer Review
Sound
Never got it to work properly...paid over $400 bucks for this high rated box of sh*t . They discontinied it and came out with a CHEAPER VERSION BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET IT TO RUN!!! I hate companies like this. They should swap me Easy Drummer for it at least. When it didmake sounds the lag was so slow on my G5 with (2.5 gig ram) that most time it wouldn't evn play the sample from the beginning!!!!!
How do people sell stuff like this?

"Superior Garbage"

It's useless trash. i wasted my money and feel sorry for anyone who buys this.
Sound
i'll let you know how it sounds once i get this piece of crap program to work
Features
The least useful feature is the software itself. it takes forever to load and even longer to figure out how to use it. i still havent figured it out and i'm no beginner in the field of music software. the only thing worse than the software is the manual which is written terribly and of no help.
Quality
this product is incredibly reliable... yeah... i can always count on it not to work every time i try to use it.
Value
I'm not sure if it's worth the typical selling price for similiar items. Does anybody know what garbage is going for these days.
The Wow Factor
Oh this is definitely a 10. It looks great but just try to do anything with it when you get it. it's true what they say, "beauty fades,"
