"Bogner Alchemist"
When I first bought the product I thought I'd found exactly what I'd been looking for , loved the way it sounded , then it began , the constant shop visits , I went through three of these heads until I finally gave up completely , poor poor quality , great sound when it worked unfortunately that wasn't very often

Sound
Head sounds good when it actually works.
Features
Nice selection of features.
Quality
I purchased this head from ZZsounds in January of 2010. Within several months it developed a significant issue with the reverb effect. Sounded like it was crashing. Went through a Line 6 authorized repair tech, who found faulty connector and possibly faulty solder connections, and we thought we had the problem isolated and fixed. Not so. So it's back to the tech for another round. Very disappointing.

Played this amp and loved it. Then read the customer service reviews and changed my mind about buying it. Has problems that the manufacturer doesn't care about. I work for a living and can't deal with an amp breaking down. You've got to change your evil ways Bogner.
