"complete garbage"

Used mine successfully for 4 hours. Then when doing the behringer synth tool prompted update, it bricked, wouldn’t power on at all, sent it away to service depot, it was gone for 3 months, the day I get it back I connect it to my mac, prompted again for a firmware update, bricked again. Issue not fixed. Seriously unhappy. Now zZounds doesn’t even carry this anymore. Wonder if zZounds would help me out?
