The BB Preamp also utilizes a pre-gain stage which allows the pedal to go from a very pristine clean to a very smooth, compressed, overdriven sound.

True bypass for eliminating any signal interference when switched off. Can be used with AC adaptor (optional) or 9V Battery.

I love Exotic gear and this is my main overdrive/ distortion pedal on my pedalboard. It gives me that classic Marshall Blues Breaker tone. It never disappoints. I am using it with a Mesa Boogie Fillmore 50 amp. I run it into the clean setting on my amp and just love the rich creamy defined distortion without any ear piercing overdrive harmonics. It’s well built and solid. Sounds great with my PRS or Strat. One of the most important things for me when I purchase gear is the ability to be able to return it if it doesn’t work out as well as excellent customer service. The good folks at zZounds have allowed for me to develop an extremely powerful pedalboard and get my guitar tone completely dialed in. I appreciate them working with me and giving me the flexibility to try pedals in my system and develop my pro gigging gear system.
