"Hands down, great kit."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This kit is going to last me a very, very long time - and after I'm done with it, I see no need to look anywhere other than farther up the Sonor line.
Sound
Excellent sound, right from the get-go. Nice, warm sound, no matter how you tune it. I only have two complaints - the stock heads that come with the kit sound very plastic-y, but it's not like I didn't expect that, and it's not a big fix. The other is that the snare drum is *very* ringy - however, with a $2 E-Ring thrown on it it sounds lovely.
Features
Can't complain, came with everything it was supposed to (plus a few extra tuning keys, thanks to my friend at the shop :).
Ease of Use
Not a whole lot to say here. The tom mounts are great - you can basically have the toms anywhere you want, and with that ball-type mount it's very easy and solid to do so. The only thing that comes to mind is the wooden hoop on the resonance end of the kick - an absolute pain to get back on once you've gotten it off.
Quality
Great, solid hardware. Taken it on the road many times, and it's held up fantastically. The quality of the wood blew me away - the wax finish is stunning.
Value
This kit is comparable to many that are upwards of $1500 in terms of sound and quality.
Manufacturer Support
Never had problems, likely never will, what can I say.
The Wow Factor
Personally, I can't stand tacky, shiny paint finishes. The natural, red-to-brown fade on the kit stunned me when I first saw it.
