Overview
The Pig Hog PYIC series cable is ideal for connecting your outboard gear to mixers. Mixing consoles use insert jacks that allow you to break into the signal path to add an outboard signal processor (reverbs, delays, compressors, etc.) using just one cable, which connects to both the input and output of that device. The Pig Hog PYIC Dual TRS to 1/4 Insert Cable connects to your mixer's Insert jack (with the TRS end) and the Input and Output of your signal processor on the other end (with 1/4 inch phone jacks).

If you own the Boss Cube Street 2 amplifier, this is essential so you can take advantage of the onboard looper and harmony features built into this amplifier. Otherwise it's just plain useless. I ran this cable between my Boss FS-6 footswitch that has an A & B side to my Boss Cube Street 2 amplifier. No issues and it worked like a charm. The Boss FS-6 footswitch also is essential to take full advantage of the Boss Cube Street 2 amplifier and to have good control of the onboard effects of the looper and built in harmonizer.
