I've owned this board a little over three years now. I've had no issues with this controller at all. The only issue I ran into was that you need to ensure the USB connection is made to a 2.0 port. I mistakenly plugged into my usb 3 port, and the laptop didn't recognize the board, but I quickly realized what the issue was and it's been solid. This controller punches well above its price range and contends with much more premium tier board such as Pioneer and RANE. You will be hard pressed to find another controller that packs as many features and LED screens in the wheels, without spending a lot more. This is a 2-channel (4) deck board, but I wouldn't suggest live mixing on all 4 decks as it will be tricky and with volume constraints due there only being 2 physical fader sliders. I simply use decks 3 and 4 as song place holders to be cue'd up or for emergency tracks. I have used this board at hundreds of events and it's rock solid performance gives me the assurance and confidence of recommending it to beginners and seasoned DJ's. It's definitely in the top 5 of inexpensive boards out there and is truly legit in what it does. Once you're ready to drop $1K+ then you may be interested in something else, but below $1K - this board is a winner. The soundcard in this board is solid (24-bit) and the headphone amp (3.5mm and 1/8th) is plenty loud. It has RCA outputs, but I've had no issues as I run this board through an 8-channel mixer and from there out to my PA. No other controller at this price even attempts to add this feature and it really helps in a dark venue when your mixing - a quick glance down at the board and not the tiny numbers on the laptop is a great option (eyes on the crowd another over time though). This is NOT a toy by any means nor does it feel like one. It's weighty and built solidly - you're not going to turn up at an event and clients think you have inferior gear, nor will the next DJ playing a set feel you're a noob - this board can absolutely destroy a set (including scratching) - it's all about the DJ's experience and most importantly the song selection.
