"Kustom 410 is a Winner!"
Most likely, i will add another cab just like it to my rig.
Sound
As a former touring bassist, i could not believe the sound of this cab. Old school players will love the scope of being able to coax tones as diverse as Kansas, Atlanta Rhytmn Section or Rush from this cabinet. It growls, it grooves, it does what you want a bass cabinet to do. I t represents what is happening between your mind and your fingers. Highly recommendable bass cabinet.
Features
Kustom includes a dolly that fits under the cab for easy transport in and out of venues. Also included is a speak-on cable, but the quarter-inch connection is what most of us use.
Ease of Use
POwer up and let the good times roll. Kustom has delivered a cabinet that, for the price, stands toe-to-toe with the big boys like Ampeg (and I love Ampeg!) You will be proud to use this set-up live. I use an Ashdown Electric Blue 180H head, and the sound is killer. I play in a twin-guitar rock band and it gets loud when we hit the Judas Priest, but the Kustom can handle it.
Quality
Strong construction, musical tweeter that can dial in just the right amount you need. I love the look of the cabinet. Kustom has produced a quality product that everyone from beginner to road warrior can afford. I am looking forward to rocking venues this summer and fall with my rig. You can feel the difference as well as hear it. Smooth transients… read more and defined round sound. Get on board for this if you care about your sound.
Value
Hey, for the price i paid, this is one heck of a deal! I beg to differ with many of the ergonomic folks by stating that i am a "mass guy." Give me wood and this kind of tone, and i will gladly hunker a little to transport this cab. It's solid and not easily intimidated by wattage.
Manufacturer Support
I've never dealt with Kustom personally, but their name is out there and has been for a while. You can't survive in such a competitive market without shooting straight with your customers.
The Wow Factor
I like the word practical but will also compliment its cosmetics. It just looks good under the lights.
Musical Background:
former bass player for Dream Works artist Jessica Andrews. 30-years Exp.
Musical Style:
Rock, blues, metal, country when i have to. read less
