Overview

The CMR-200 Series split a stereo mini (1/8") signal into left and right RCA. This cable is designed to connect a digital audio player or similar device to a stereo system. It is ideal for connecting a portable media player, laptop, or similar device to a hi-fi receiver.

"Easy, Basic, Good Cable"

As I mentioned before, going via a D.I. Box would probably get me better sound, but for a basic connection from an iPod or computer to my mixer, this works fine.

Sound

The sound of this was just fine. I think it would have been better if I were going from a D.I. box from my computer into my mixer, but I decided to go 1/8 out of laptop to mixer instead. Worked just fine with a bit of hiss here and there.

This cable is very basic but does what it needs to do.

Good quality cable, didn't short out on me, gave me the sound I needed.
