I bought this a few days ago. As usually, it was at my door 2 days after I ordered. When it arrive, and I unboxed it, the security tape was still in-tacked and it had never been open after it left the factory. There was not a mark or finger print on it. The setup was from the factory, so it was not very good. After a good set up though, it plays really well with a low action. I was surprised to see it did not have a PCB, which is good, and had normal Gibson POTS with a modern style wire harness. It sounds good with a lot of sustain. It is not real heavy so it is not hard on the back. It came with the multi-tool and Gibson leather strap. It has a nice hardshell case that is more slimline then the old rectangle ones of the past. All-in-all, it is a really nice guitar at a great price. It is everything you would expect from Gibson.
