I give the overall a 7 because of the lack of covered internal boxes, small hinges, and mostly because the smell inside the case is soooooo strong of chemicals (maybe glue?). Leaving the case open just made the room stink. Now that the weather is getting nice, I'll try leaving it open outside for awhile.
Sound
Sound? Sounds great. I like the "thunk" of the hardshell plastic when stuff bounces off it.
Features
The case lacks covered compartments. That's my only gripe with the features of the case.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use.
Quality
I would like to see more a more robust hinging system. If I built this, I'd use a piano hinge. After all, this case is supposed to take a trip in a cargo hold of a plane and survive the baggage handlers. While I haven't flown with it yet, I believe the hinges would be the weak point.
Value
Very good value for the dollar - especially from Zzounds.
