The Washburn Timeless Parlor features a Fir soundboard that is dated to be at least 140 years old. Reclaimed from bridges, farmhouses and pubs in UK, this European Fir delivers a tone much like a marriage between a Spruce and a Cedar; a sublime balance of tonal complexity and volume. The Timeless Parlor's solid Mahogany side provide a sonic foundation that is both dry and fundamental while simultaneously resulting in a surprisingly loud guitar for its smaller size. An Ebony fingerboard, bridge, headplate, and binding and truss-rod cover further contribute to the Timeless Parlor's tonal and visual impact.

Cosmetically, the Timeless Parlor features a Washburn 1930's inspired "smile" bridge and headstock with mother-of-pearl logo and "clou de lys" Timeless artwork. Graphtech Ratio-tuned open-back tuners contribute both a vintage vibe with modern functionality. Aged bone nut and saddle contribute not only to the guitar's voice, but also is a visual match to this vintage inspired instrument.
