I bought this for our men's group at church to aid those with hearing difficulties and I am very satisfied. The microphone is very clear. I like that you can tell on the portable unit if it is on or not, if the light is on it's on! Only criticism is that the owner's manual is very non-descriptive about how to trouble shoot problems, such as; if the receiver channel gets changed somehow, what process do you go through to re-sync them back. Other than that buy it!
