Its true what they say "You get what you pay for". These are the best Jazz bass pups you can buy without having a pickups tech make you a set from scratch. Now Seymour Duncan has the new Apollo Jazz bass pickups which are wired even hotter. Either one you pick, you won't be disappointed. I've used both pickups and love the aggressive sound you get from them. They are well balanced and penetrating. Very crisp highs and very defined lows. I highly recommend the pups.
The sound is very focused and professional.
I think these pups are overwound with extra large poles.
Ease of Use
These pickups are very quiet and transparent.
The product is well made with quality components.
For the price you get the very best in aftermarket pickups.
The Wow Factor
The sound of these are very impressive and people will comment about your bass.
