"Bad setup"

Just got this guitar, and the setup was not good, i cut the nut, trim the fret ends, intonate the bridge. the fret leveling is very good ,my action is 1/32 at the 12th fret. the pickups are louder than my Fender lead 2 and not as bright. the vibrato unit stays in tune very nice. the over all quality is very good, tuners work well, not cheap. the pickups are a surprise having good output and not overly bright.
