Open, washy sizzle with a solid foot for jazz and big band, Sabian's HH Hammertone hi-hat cymbals set a thin, fully lathed top over a medium bottom in B20.

Designed with veteran Jazz artist Jeff Hamilton, renowned for a very musical cymbal sound, 14in HH Hammertone Hats are a fully lathed, light top/medium bottom pairing. Open sounding, they provide musical sizzle with more wash than typical hats, a result of their higher profile and lighter weight. Foot sound is solid, without ever being heavy. While they are a versatile pairing, they are perfect for a jazz or big band set up. Crafting cymbals for an uncompromising artist like Jeff Hamilton is not an easy process. Meticulous care was taken through each step of the manufacturing process and Jeff travelled to the SABIAN factory on multiple occasions to work with Vault craftsmen. The results are flawless cymbals delivering uncompromising tone.
