- NDI Support: Enables low-latency video-over-IP with up to four NDI inputs and one NDI output via Ethernet. Easily connect cameras, iOS smartphones, and other NDI-compatible sources on the same network for high-quality streaming, recording, and live production. NDI Support comes at no extra cost as part of this firmware update, marking a significant value upgrade for RODECaster Video users.

- RODE Capture NDI Update: The RODE Capture app has been updated to include NDI functionality and dual-cam streaming from iPhone for even more flexible mobile setups.

- PTZ Camera Control: Adds full Pan, Tilt, and Zoom control for compatible NDI cameras, allowing real-time shot framing and adjustments directly from the RODECaster Video. Presets can be saved to the camera and recalled within scenes, making it easy to switch between specific compositions at the touch of a button.

- Luma Key: Filters video based on brightness levels to remove black backgrounds from input sources. Operating on a gradient, darker areas become transparent, making it ideal for overlaying lower thirds, titles, logos, and pre-rendered animations without requiring a green screen.

- Key Mask & Layer Stretch: Precisely crops keying areas to remove unwanted edges. This is ideal when a green screen doesn't fully cover the frame. Combined with soft edge and shadow controls, this ensures clean, professional overlays in any setup.

- Input as an Overlay: Allows any video input to function as a downstream key, streamlining workflows and expanding scene-building flexibility. Use it to add a permanent picture-in-picture, or overlay graphics from an external generator directly onto your program output.
