I'm writing this review concerning not only the PRS A60e but also about the Outstanding Customer Service about purchasing from zZounds. The first three A60es that arrived all has some PRS factory quality control issues. The main issues were with blemishes in the Spruce tops. zZounds exchanged each one without any hassles whatsoever. The forth A60 finish was flawless. The guitar only need a small trust rod tightening to flatten the neck then I changed the original string to D"Adarrio 10 gauge strings. I also conditioned the fretboard during that process and cleaned and polished the frets,as the guitar label shows a 10/2023 manfacture date so the guitar had been sitting in the factory sealed box for one year. I recieved it on 10/01/2023. After doing the small steps mentioned above this guitar sings and plays like butter. I have a Martin and it has not seen the light of day since. This A60 also comes with a very nice,custom fitted PRS case included. I've been playing for 45 years and this is a fine guitar as well as an excellent value.
