This affordable snare features a 1mm beaded steel stell providing a wide tuning range, a rounded attack with ample overtone and a classic appearance. The drum is ringed with stout chrome-over-brass lugs and 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops.

I've wanted a steel snare for years and decided to upgrade my Ludwig kit with the Supralite. Can't beat zZounds' free 1 day shipping! After some minor tuning and snare tension tweaking, the sound and resonance is amazing! I would highly recommend this drum for beginners and pros alike! Another great deal from the folks at zZounds!
