An added raw edge to the famous brass Ludwig sound! Ludwig's raw brass striped snare drum features imperial lugs, a P88 throw-off, and a raw brass shell.

This 6.5" x 14" Brass snare has the dark tones of a black beauty with a slightly edgier voice due to the raw unfinished bands. The polished bands break up the bark of the raw shell with some subtle smooth overtones. The die cast hoops focus the tone and add a powerful look when combined with Ludwig's classic Imperial lugs and p88 throw off.
