Even before the Variax technology enters the picture, JTV-59 is a cutting-edge performance tool. Inspired by the archetypal single-cut, JTV-59 has a mahogany body with carved maple top, a 24-9/16" scale-length set mahogany neck with rounded Tyler '59 neck profile and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. Rounding out the exceptional detailing are a pair of vintage-voiced, custom PAF-style alnico humbucking pickups with three-way selector switch, a Tyler-designed stoptail bridge and L. R. Baggs Radiance Hex (polyphonic) piezo pickups. Includes padded gig bag, Li-Ion battery with international wall charger, and Variax Workbench USB adaptor.
