The KRK Scott Storch Limited Edition CLASSIC 8 is an active (self-powered) two-way studio monitor that utilizes a 1" textile soft dome tweeter paired with an 8" glass aramid woofer. The built-in bi-amped power amplifier provides a total of 100 watts of power. With a 75-watt amp driving the woofer and a 25-watt amp for the tweeter, these monitors deliver natural and balanced spectral response with low distortion and superior stereo imaging. I was looking at these for a while and finally pulled the trigger on them. I obviously got two, and I love them. They're pretty heavy, I wasn't sure how they'd fit on my home studio set up desk and they take up a bit of space but I couldn't be happier with their sound quality. They're only making 500 pairs of these so if you're already considering these, just do it. The gold chrome adds a bit of luxury and class to my set up and the sound is very clear and with the extra boost for the bass, it really makes the ground shake. These are my first ever KRKs so I wouldn't know how to compare them but I love these and I'd consider myself an audiophile. These will get so much use.

The dB boost on the back let's you make it a party wherever you're at.

Ease of Use

Super easy to get a great sound. Obviously you can tweak the knobs on the back for your preferred sound but it's not always necessary. Just play whatever you want and you're where you wanted to be.

Quality

It's made very well. Super heavy with padding on the bottom. Feels super professional

Value

Definitely feels, looks and sounds like it's worth more than they're asking price. Class up your set up instantly with these.
