The J. Rockett Archer Clean is based on the famous Klon circuit, minimally using the iconic diodes -- giving it almost no gain, but an exact recreation of the clean boost side with the ability to add the sought-after Klon midrange.

"Archer Clean"

I actually bought this by mistake ( I was looking at the silver Archer on Reverb and clicked on this). I thought, "damn, this is going back". But I tried it out anyway and to my surprise, I was wowed by this pedal. It acts like a treble booster (which we all know is really a mid-range booster). Klon-like and Dallas RangeMaster-like at the same time. Yes, it overdrives the front end despite its name "clean". A keeper.
