Very nice instrument.
Sound
The roar of this guitar is insane. It has a monstrous sound but is very clear. It has some nice clean sounds on the neck pickup but this thing really shines on a high gain amp setting. However, one might want to roll back a little on their amp gain, as the pickups are very high output. Overall i can say that it feels like I'm causing an earthquake when I riff out with this guitar.
Features
The floyd rose special tremolo system is a very nice feature. Stays in tune throughout all the abuse, if set up properly of course. I also like the simplicity of the knobs, unless I'm playing my strat I never really touch the tone know on my guitars. One master volume is perfect for me.
Ease of Use
Like with any new guitar, you'll probably have to tweak the settings on your amp to get the absolute best sound out of it. This guitar feels very comfortable to play. Especially for leads.
Quality
I've only had it for about 3 months now, but it seems pretty solid to me. If it's taken care of properly it will last you. Only thing is that since it's a sharp v shaped guitar the paint will most likely eventually start to wear down at the tips of the wings. Although I have to say the paint hasn't worn out yet, aside from the expected smudges of the matte black finish, usually where one would rest their forearm while playing or where they rest their fingers… read more while picking.
Value
The price of this item seems accurately placed. Worth every cent.

The Wow Factor
Definitely the new spiky cut out design on the v wings. Corey beaulieu designed an intimidating looking guitar.
Musical Background:
I've been playing guitar for 8 years. I play in a band with a few friends.
Musical Style:
Mostly heavy metal. read less
