Add this Icon Platform X+ extender unit to your Platform M+ control surface to get dedicated touch-sensitive motor faders, knobs and buttons for 8 channels.

Expand your Icon Platform M+ modular DAW control system by up to 32 channels using up to three Platform X+ units from Icon Pro Audio. Each Icon Platform X+ houses eight touch-sensitive motorized channel faders with 10-bit resolution, eight dual function encoder knobs, and mute, solo, select, and record buttons. The Platform X+ utilizes Mackie control for Cubase, Nuendo, Samplitude, Logic Pro, Studio One, Bitwig, and Ableton Live while Mackie HUI protocol powers Pro Tools. Add the optional Platform D2 display to better view track names and parameters.

I bout 2 of these Platform-X+ units and the Platform-M+. It all never worked together and then it only worked for one song in one session. I've been an engineer for a very long time and to think someone would build a unit that looks like this yet not invest in the ease of its firmware is mind-boggling to me. It states in their wordless instructions that it should be plug and play. You have to love to troubleshoot regularly which gets in the way of satisfying clients to purchase this item or this line. If they do something about its connectivity in the future they may have a great product but for now its a pretty paper weight. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME PULLING OUT A CARD FOR THIS.
