I bout 2 of these Platform-X+ units and the Platform-M+. It all never worked together and then it only worked for one song in one session. I've been an engineer for a very long time and to think someone would build a unit that looks like this yet not invest in the ease of its firmware is mind-boggling to me. It states in their wordless instructions that it should be plug and play. You have to love to troubleshoot regularly which gets in the way of satisfying clients to purchase this item or this line. If they do something about its connectivity in the future they may have a great product but for now its a pretty paper weight. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME PULLING OUT A CARD FOR THIS.
