The sweet toned Ibanez UEW20 is nylon stringed ukulele, based on the originals which originated in 19th century Hawaii. It gained great popularity in the U.S. during the early 20th century, and from there spread internationally. Ibanez ukes are known for their warm, gentle tonal quality-particularly well-suited to vocal accompaniment.
