"Not sure what's wrong "

Got this thing expecting to be amazing at a nice 1300$ prestige. When it arrives the action was beyond horrible and there were dead notes on multiple bends. I took the guitar to get setup and it still has dead notes especially when bending the 24th fret on the high e string. It literally cuts out instantly. I'm really debating sending this thing back.
