Ibanez EDC710 4-String Ergodyn Bass
The ultra-modern EDC takes another step beyond.
The EDC's powerful passive triple coil humbucking pickup, simple-to-operate 2-band EQ, and three way selector switch (trad, bright, and attack) allows wide and instantaneous changes in tone. Every facet of the EDC's space age form is there to facilitate very down-to-earth functions. Contained within its ultra-modern curves are a built-in thumb-rest, and a scooped out area to make it easier to get under the strings. The EDC's extra-long horn provides natural balance so you don't have to 'hang-on-tight' just to play comfortably. Features include resonant, ergonomically comfortable Luthite body with dynamic tone, a strong, slender 2-octave neck, an Accu-cast bridge and Elixir strings.

Right now i want to sell it and buy maybe an ESP? i dunno, but this time i'm gonna research alot more, instead of buying a guitar the first time i see it. I do not recommend this guitar, but its you're choice.
Sound
This bass has a wide range of tone, you can get pretty much any sound from it - as long as you have a 9volt inserted in the body.
Features
Well first of its made from luthite (like fiberglass) which is supposed to make it lighter, but its pretty heavy, even for a bass guitar.
Quality
I've heard a story about a guy who had a simillar model, he dropped it by mistake, and it broke in half. It's believable since it IS made of fiberglass, which wouldn't stand a hard fall. In my experience, an internal wire has come loose twice and had to b resoddered, which is a pain in the ass. The worst thing has to b the battery, which has to be replaced often if you forget to detach the amp cord from the guitar like I often do.
Value
It was overpriced in my opinion, since it kept falling apart and whatnot... plus you could get a guitar for cheaper thats just as good or better.
Manufacturer Support
Well once i had to bring it in to get the truss rod adjusted, but that wasnt ibanez who did the job, it was the guy at the place i bought it at.
The Wow Factor
The body is sexy. The colour is disgusting.
