"A distinctively unique acoustic/electric steel string"

The neck feels very smooth and a great neck profile. That plus the radius of the neck makes fretting effortless. I noticed black fingertips after playing for awhile. I used some guitar cleaner on the fretboard and it cleaned up the excess dye. The Richlite fingerboard feels smooth and looks like fine grain ebony. This guitar is quite loud acoustically. The X-braced solid spruce top creates a lot of vibration that radiates out better than I expected. The notes are clear and clean with great note separation all the way up the neck. The electronics give me a wide degree of flexibility to dial in a natural tone. The combination of the piezo and mic are key to balancing the sound. The sessions DI adds a really significant fullness to the overall tone. The only complaint I have is that the Godin labeled tuners are harder to turn than they should be. Maybe it’s the gear ratio or the buttons are too small or both. But they could be better.I like the TRIC case. I hope the zipper lasts as long as the case. These are usually the first thing to fail on these kinds of cases. But the case looks well designed and has a sealing scheme along the edges that greatly improves the protection from temperature or moisture. The guitar fits it like a glove.Overall I love this guitar and would recommend it.
