The Gibson Victory was created in response to player requests for the return of this 80s-era cult favorite. Crafted for limitless self expression, it carries the DNA of the original versions with enhanced features such as refined body contours, improved weight and balance, and an Explorer™ headstock. The Victory has a 25.5” scale length, and the mahogany neck has an ebony fretboard with a compound radius for enhanced playability, a SlimTaper™ profile, and 24 medium jumbo frets. The mahogany body has a Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and Stop Bar tail piece and a satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish.

The highly flexible electronics include two 80s Tribute humbucker™ pickups wired to push/pull master volume and tone controls for coil splitting and inner/outer coil selection when the coils are split, which, along with the three-way pickup selector switch, deliver a wide range of humbucking and single coil tonal options with a minimum amount of controls. A Gibson hardshell case is also included.
