I had a Mim strat back in the early 2000's. I had to sell it for hard times. This strat right here is a keeper. No sharp frets.the humbucker is not too bright and not too dark.the single coils are perfectly balanced. The coral red is super vivid. Fender Ensenada did a great job making this instrument! I will buy a few more shortly.

Sound
The humbucker is perfectly balaced.not too bright.not too dark. The single coils are perfectly chimey but fat. They aren't overly hot. Has rich bass, yet not too shrill on the high end.

Features
The two point trem is super sensitive. So coming from a 6 screw synchro bridge. Its got a different feel. Nothing a spring can't fix.giant fan of the rosewood fretboard.as opposed to laurel or maple. The body feels heavier and denser compared to the classic vibes I'm used to.

Ease of Use
Very easy to get a great sound. I can go from a bluesy sound to a heavier sound. Very easy to get a music via com sound out the humbucker all the way up a iron maiden or metallica esq tone

Value
I mean i think it's a great value. It doesn't have a super nice figuring on it. No coil taps, not the most modern pickups. But I don't want that in a strat. I love the classic look of this instrument, and it's sound

Manufacturer Support
I haven't delt with fender personally on this instrument. But fender has great customer service. read more I had a issue with a indo made dinky that they helped me fix. The agent directed me to all parts and a replacement that would fit.

The Wow Factor
I'd absolutely give it a 10/10.this is a working man's guitar. Plays well. Its made in North America.
