I LOVE the sound of this guitar through my Orange tube head....I don't bother with the tap split-coils because, well, I have a regular tele' for that! The V-Mod humbuckers give a great mid punch and a real Stonesy growl... really nice! The "C" neck is chunky but smooth, and the satin finish is slick and fast-playing. The body and heel cut-aways make it extremely comfortable to play, and the Mystic Surf Green paired with the maple neck is just STUNNING looking, and I get a lot of comments on my "Surf Green with SPARKLES!" finish.
Sound
The string-through body gives sustain for DAYS.
Features
I don't really use the split-coil double tap function, simply because the humbuckers are just the sound I was looking for.
Quality
The guitar is solidly built with high quality components.
