This guitar is absolutely gorgeous, that cannot be denied. The metallic blue with the gold just cannot be beat... but that's about where the praise ends here. This is a pretty bad guitar. It plays terribly no amount of work so far has been able to fix this. I've owned this guitar for over a year now and all I ever do is just look at it and that's all. The fret buzz on every string is horrendous. I've done everything I can to fix it and nothing works.I'm also on the fence on whether or not the one I was given was even genuine as it did not contain the pickups shown in the picture. The ones on mine did not have any logos or branding or anything. Just completely black, like a cheap Chinese guitar company would do. I have replaced them with EMG 81-8/60-8's but even that can't save this thing. Its still incredibly noisy --which is probably my biggest complaint. I can deal with fret buzz, I am using an .80 gauge string after all, but all the added noise I absolutely cannot stand. You'll hear stuff you are not playing all the time. It's the same kind of unwanted noise you'd hear coming from the springs on a guitar with a tremolo, except this guitar has a fixed bridge.I dont know I just feel like I got ripped off on this guitar as a whole and it was $800 when I bought it. $800 should buy you a reasonably good instrument but outside the paint job, I essentially got a $200 guitar. Do not buy this.
