It is smooth sounding. It is very bassy sounding to me by itself. I have it paired with a 1275 and the two together sound better than either by itself. They cancel out each others weaknesses and sound even more mellow. I don't know how to describe the sound very well. (I like Eminence speakers because they say Designed and assembled in the US.)

I just work on my own things at home.

I just like classical, early, and baroque music.
