Overview

The Abasi Stage 7 guitar merges the Cordoba Stage solidbody nylon-string guitar concept and Stage pickup system with the Larada ergonomic platform designed with Abasi Concepts. This unique 7-string instrument--tuned B to E--features 24 fanned frets, a compound radius fingerboard, and a satin neck finish for exceptional range, intonation, and playability. Choose from Ziricote, White Burst, and Acacia finishes.

Abasi Stage 7 guitars feature extensively chambered mahogany bodies fitted with custom internal bracing that increases resonance and low-end response. They also sport Cordoba's Exotic Top design, in which an ultra-thin premium exotic wood veneer is applied to a solid spruce top, providing the ideal balance of tone and beauty.

Additional features include an oval sound hole on the side of the instrument, a mahogany flat C-Shape set neck with a rosewood fingerboard, black top purfling, a Fusion Fan headstock with a rosewood overlay and inlaid Cordoba and Abasi logos, a rosewood bridge with a bone saddle, and a bone nut.

All Abasi Stage 7 guitars boast the Cordoba Stage Pickup System that was co-developed with Fishman. Combining an under-saddle transducer with internal body sensors, it produces an authentic nylon-string tone with exceptional balance while eliminating the "quack" typically associated with piezo pickups. A professional-quality preamp with side-mounted Volume, EQ, and Body Blend controls provides even more precise tone shaping.
