This Blackstar Studio 10 deploys a 6L6 output valve to give this amp a characteristically bright clean sound and a hot lead tone. The lead sounds are enhanced by a built-in overdrive circuit inspired by Blackstar's HT-Drive pedal which will take you from dynamic crunch to singing, smooth legato.

I recently purchased this from zZounds. Could not be happier than I am with this product. This is one of the most amazing 10 watt combo amps I have ever heard and I've heard a lot in my nearly 60 years on this rock. For the most part I use to clean Channel with overdrive pedals. Had a couple really pricey Boutique amp in a box pedals and I've been using it with just my boss sd1 and I like the sound way better than with those expensive pedals cuz the amp already sounds good by itself just get to clean Channel close to the edge of break up. Then click on that boss sd1 pure tone heaven.
