The ILAMP-ACT in-line amplifier is designed to compensate signal loss on long coax runs. One in-line amplifier can compensate 10 dB of cable attenuation, the amount of loss over about 20 meters of RG-58 cable. The ILAMP-ACT can be powered by an antenna distributor/receiver or DC adapter (+12V/0.5A), and is equipped with a red light to indicate when the unit is receiving power.

Up to two amplifiers can be cascaded using a BNC female to BNC female adapter or coax jumper (not included). Two amplifiers are required for diversity applications.

A wall-mount adapter is included.
