This is a great guitar at a pretty unbelievable price. It blew away everything else in the store by a long shot. I've heard Aria also makes a Parlor with a Red Cedar top as well...I'm thinking I may buying one of those as well and use it for alternate tunings.
Sound
I couldn't believe the sound of this guitar at this price. It's got rich mid-lower end and really nice clean highs. Excellent volume ....and it turns out it also records really well. Comes forward in the mix with no problem.

It's acoustic.... the sound was pretty "open" already. The parlor shape is so much more comfortable to play...it melts right into my body.
Quality
No problems...the finish looks great and the tuners work well. It stays in tune.
Value
If I had been handed this guitar and asked how much, I'd had said $800-1000.
