I've been through a number of pedalboard iterations ranging from multi-effects plus pedals as well as individual pedals. Most recently, I moved to the Neural Quad Cortex plus a couple of different external pedals and an Ernie Ball wah. In all cases, the Powermax has been excellent. I did choose to get the Cioks Crux so that I could power the Quad Cortex using the 24v power tap. Works flawlessly. Side note, the USB power connection on the Powermax also powers my Zoom Livetrak L6Max perfectly. I sometimes have the Zoom on my board for when I'm doing a solo show and its great having everything in one place. Well done Eventide and Cioks.
