The immediate downloadable Zildjian app literally took seconds to upload. Once downloaded the customization took a few minutes because you do a similar ear test like your at the ear doctors in a booth doing a hearing test (which is a great thing). The sound quality is greater than any head sets I’ve ever heard and I have a Bose head set as well.
