Mahogany body Rich, warm, focused sound; added sustain
Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz humbuckers Vintage-voiced, articulate sound

If you're an aggressive player that likes to push your instrument to the max, then the ESP LTD EC-1000ETFM electric guitar is ready to step up to the plate. Its EverTune bridge utilizes an all-mechanical system that applies spring-loaded tension to each string, allowing you to rock hard without losing your intonation. A maple-topped mahogany body provides ample resonance, and a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers fuel your signal with a powerful sonic punch. A mahogany neck in a Thin U contour stretches 24 frets long, and a super smooth ebony fingerboard plays like butter. Shred with abandon on the ESP LTD EC-1000ETFM!

Maple-Topped Mahogany Body

Maple and mahogany often go hand-in-hand for solid-bodied guitars. Maple is a resilient tonewood that can handle scratches and dings well, while adding rounded brightness to your sound -- which can come in handy when you want to cut through the mix for solos or licks. Mahogany, on the other hand, is a dark-sounding wood that pushes the low and middle frequencies of your playing. This guitar's iconic Eclipse body shape looks cool and rests comfortably against your front, and its modern-looking curved cutaway lets your fingers reach those higher frets easily.

Pair of Seymour Duncan Humbuckers

Seymour Duncan humbuckers are popular among hard-hitting axe-slingers because they respond so well to the way your pick and fingers play. Both of these pickups offer a dynamic tonal reach, performing beyond expectations for both rhythm and read more lead players. Be sure to take advantage of both independent volume controls to find the exact blend of each pickup you're looking for.

Thin U Contoured Mahogany Neck

If you're not a fan of thicker necks, then your hand will love the Thin U shape of this guitar's mahogany neck. A thinner cut often makes for faster playability. The smooth ebony fingerboard is buttery to the touch, and a wide tonal reach of 24 frets will give your fingers more playing room than you'll know what to do with.

Everlasting EverTune Bridge

The crowning jewel on your ESP LTD EC-1000ETFM electric guitar is its steadfast EverTune bridge. This bridge utilizes an all mechanical system that applies constant spring tension to each individual string, keeping your notes in tune as they age and stretch.

This is one of the best guitars I have ever played. I have played many high end guitars and this thing can keep up with the best if not better. I was a bit skeptical about the evertune, but now I can't imagine not using one. I will say the guitar is a bit heavy, but I like the solid feel it gives.
Sound
Sound is wonderful, the great intonation makes chords crystal clear
Features
I love the JB/Jazz combo. The evertune is awesome. The ebony fretboard is nice and smooth. And dont forget about the awesome tuners.
Ease of Use
It is a bit tricky to first learn to set it up, but after you figure it out, it is the quickest guitar to set up
Quality
So far it seems rigid.
Value
I believe this guitar should be at least double the price.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to. (Yet)
The Wow Factor
