Feature:
It comes with a Floyd Rose, which is a little more work than I want when changing strings, someone suggested keeping a backup on hand, I second that.
I also like the sound of the pickups. I tried 20 different guitars in the 400-500 dollar range before getting this one, it blew every single one away.
Quality:
Had it one day and I haven't broken it yet
Value:
I'm pretty cheap, err, thrifty... I tried a ton of different guitars in my price range, and out of my price range. This sounded better than all of them.
Desirability:
As a matter of personal opinion I'm not too crazy about the look of this guitar, it's a little bit over the top with the bat inlays, but hey, that's a selling point for some people. That said it's slick as hell and really eye catching.
Sound:
Anyone who has played a Schecter has an idea of what they sound like. I play guitar in a thrash band and the sound of this guitar suits my playing quite well. I do tend to turn up the mids a little more with this guitar though.
Ease of Use:
again, the Floyd Rose requires a bit more work when changing strings. Aside from that, you just plug it in and it sounds great. There's a tone knob and a volume knob, that's it, no push pull pots or coil tapping or any of that, simplicity at it's best.
Support:
I haven't had personal experience, but I've heard great things about their service.
Overall:
I have a feeling I'll be holding on to this guitar for a long time. The next guitar I get will probably be something a step up from this one, possibly a PRS or something along those lines. If this guitar got stolen I'd get another one, absolutely.
