Overall: I have owned quite a few guitar amplifiers in the over 35 years that I have been playing guitar and I can honestly say, the Peavey Penta is the best guitar amp that I have ever owned or used. It's extremely well made, no hum or buzz and it's a very superb sounding guitar amp. I really do like it a lot. I have owned it close to a year now and it's one of the best buys that I have made in a very long time.

Sound: I am able to get many superb sounds from it. I am very impressed with the sound quality. Feature: I love it as-is. Ease of Use: It's one of the easiest Amps to use. And the sound quality is very deepthful. The manual just consist of a few pages but this amp does not need an extensive manual. Quality: It extremely well made and it's working superbly. I need to use it for a few years before we can talk about reliability. No blemishes are on it. Superb parts are used throughout so I expect it to last many years. Value: The Peavey Penta is worth every penny it cost. I presently also own a Fender Dual Showman 100 Watt Tube Amp and the Peavey Penta puts it to shame. Manufacturer Support: Peavey has superb support and I called them, with a few questions, before I purchased their Penta and Peavey has always given superb support. This is the second Peavey Amp that I bought from Peavey. The Wow Factor: I really like the way it looks. When I first heard that the vinyl covering was green, I sad ...oh no! BUT, it looks great. It's a nice looking dark green and the Peavey Penta half stack also looks great. Overall: At the present time, I love the Peavey Penta and Penta half stack as-is. I expect to have this for many years and if it were stolen, I would reorder the Peavey Penta and the Penta half stack. The quality of the "sounds" that the Penta produces is what I really love about this amp. I am enjoying this amp so much that I'm playing guitar much longer per day now.

Sound: It is the best Guitar Amp that I have ever owned. Very well built and superb sounding. Feature: Presence and gain controls work superbly. Ease of Use: Very easy to use. Quality: Superbly built. And it looks great. Value: Superb high quality components are used throughout in the Peavey Penta. Manufacturer Support: Very friendly and extremely concerned about Customer Satisfaction. The Wow Factor: Superb "signal to noise ratio", 140 Watts of power, very good looking Amplifier and I'm able to get multiple sounds off of it. Overall: I chose the Peavey Penta because of many reasons. I'm able to get extremely clean sound from it. I can also get a "heavy metal" sound from it and everything in between and it is extremely well built. I'm confident that this amp will last for many, many years.
