Feature:
Pitch control works good and the sleep mode is a plus, instant start out of this mode.

Quality:
I have had these in dust, smoky clubs, rainy outside gig and no problems.

Value:

Sound:
I have two of these units for 2 years and they have a great sound.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to use. Would like a video switching unit incoporated.

Feature:
The player has some nice features and I enjoy using it, but be prepared for some down time as well.

Quality:
I purchased this player for a small karaoke show I run once a week, and I use it probably 12 times a year besides that show for weddings and other events I DJ/MC. When it works, it's a good player and pretty simple to use, but it has broken down on me twice since I've owned it, once under warranty and now without the warranty. Both times it was the same problem -- the left players will not recognize a disc when one is inserted. That's not good when it is billed as a piece of professional equipment.

Value:
Not bad, but be preapred for some down time.

Support:
The company will not do repairs on the equipment they sell once it is out of warranty. You either have to find your own repair person, or send it to New Jersey of California, their only recommended outside repair facilities. In my case, they fixed it once under warranty and it worked for a couple of months until it went out of warranty, and then the exact same problem reappeared.

Overall:
If you're looking for a professional karaoke player that will stand up to being used on a regular basis, you might want to look elsewhere.
